ORDER STATUS

We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days. Backlogs can occur during the holiday season or around major product launches. To ensure the best service, please be sure to provide accurate information throughout the checkout process.

Once your order ships, we will send a Shipping Confirmation email to the email address you provided during checkout. If you have not received your Shipping Confirmation, we could be working on your order still.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping Information

$59.99 or less — $8.49
Over $60 subtotal — Free Shipping*

If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised on the website, you qualify for free shipping to addresses in the US via the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped via either First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, allowing additional time for shipments to HI, AK and APO/FPO addresses.

Premium Shipping

We offer a premium domestic shipping option: USPS Priority Expedited Mail

USPS Priority Expedited Mail is offered for a flat rate of $50. The USPS promises delivery within 2 days for all Priority Expedited Mail packages, though occasionally we see this take an extra day or 2. Orders placed after 2pm CST are considered placed the following business day.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally, but there are many countries for which we have international distributor partners that have separate websites with information on how to obtain Huma. Those distributors can be found here - https://humagel.com/pages/international

General Shipping Notes

Shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent each evening for all orders shipped that day. Emails are sent to the email address provided during checkout

All shipments originate from US zip/postal code 37115. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday and is closed on most major US holidays. Additionally, the USPS observes additional holidays for which they do not process shipments.  If your order is placed during a holiday weekend, expect there to be additional delays. Finally, inclement weather may create delivery delays beyond our control.

Returns

We strive for 100% satisfaction with all Hüma Gel products. If you are unhappy with any item purchased at hümagel.com, please contact us with your order number and tell us about your issue.

Any damaged product will be replaced free of charge. If you are unhappy with the product for any other reason, we will aid you in the return or refund of your order within 45 days of the original purchase date. Once the items have been returned, a refund will be applied to your original method of payment and may take 3-5 business days to process.

Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable.
