Yes. Orders over $60 ship free. Orders under $60 ship for a flat rate of $8.49. Orders under $6 ship for $5.99. The free shipping threshold is calculated from your order total after any discounts or promotions are applied.

Most orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery to US addresses typically takes 2–5 business days from the ship date via USPS — most orders in the lower 48 arrive within that window. Allow additional time for Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Original and PLUS gels contain 100 calories and 24–25g of carbohydrates per pouch. Ultra contains 160 calories and 40g of carbohydrates per pouch. Hydration Drink Mix is 10 calories and is not a meaningful carbohydrate source — it’s formulated for hydration and electrolyte replacement, not energy.

Same formula, same carbohydrate content (24–25g per pouch). PLUS has double the electrolytes. If you sweat heavily, run in heat, or find you cramp during longer efforts, PLUS is the better choice. For moderate conditions and shorter distances, Original is sufficient.

Ultra is Hüma’s high-carb gel — 40g of carbohydrates per pouch, compared to 24–25g in Original and PLUS. It uses a different formula built from a mix of simple and complex carbohydrates — brown rice syrup, apple puree, sweet potato, banana — for both immediate and sustained energy output. It’s designed for high-intensity or longduration efforts where a higher carb dose per gel is an advantage. Take it 30 minutes before exercise or 2–3 pouches per hour during.

Hydration is a low-calorie electrolyte drink mix — 10 calories, 1g sugar, no meaningful carbohydrates. It is not an energy source. It’s designed to handle the hydration and electrolyte side of your fueling strategy alongside the gels, or as a standalone drink for shorter efforts under 45 minutes where carbohydrate supplementation isn’t needed. Mix one stick pack with 16oz of water.

Hüma ships via USPS. We are not responsible for packages that show a "Delivered" status in tracking. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before actual delivery — check with neighbors or your building’s mail area before reaching out. If you live in an apartment or shared mail area where theft is a risk, we recommend shipping to an alternate address (work, family, or friend). Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
